Description
Agate is an EffecTone that swirls with browns, whites, and subtle blues. Similar to our AuraTones, this will opacify the more it is worked, and can be cleared out with a hot, sharp flame. However, it is an EffecTone, and as such will develop light and dark areas less predictably, creating more of a “Raku” glaze effect. This color works well in a wide range of flame types but neutral is recommended. As always, blowouts give optimum results.
Recommended Garage/Anneal temp: 1075°F
